6. AI Service Limitations

You acknowledge and understand that:

  • AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or appropriate for every situation
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-suggested actions before execution
  • Planham's AI assistant is a tool to aid event planning and does not replace human judgment
  • The service may occasionally misinterpret context or intent
  • You should verify important information and decisions suggested by the AI assistant

7. Intellectual Property

Planham and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Planham and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services

Planham integrates with third-party service providers and AI services. We use language model providers to enable AI features in our service. Data may be shared with these providers to deliver our service, and this is done securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Planham immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Planham provides its service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. AI-generated responses and suggestions are based on automated analysis and we do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Planham, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any AI-generated content or responses; (iii) any event planning or processing actions taken by the service; (iv) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (v) any content obtained from the service; and (vi) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.
